    • 3rd annual Woodstork Festival
      Woodstork Music Festival and Silent Auction features a variety of live bands, a silent auction, art vendors, education vendors, kids activities, food,and drink. Proceeds go to care for sick, injured and orphaned wildlife at Florida Wild Mammal Association.

    • 2011 Rock the Dock Fishing Tournament
      The 2011 Skeeter Rock the Dock Fishing Tournament presented by Yamaha and Mike’s Marine Supply will be held April 30th-May 1st, 2011. The event was founded in 2009 to benefit the Panacea Coastal Community and to promote the excellent fishing and boating opportunities in and around Panacea.       Third annual Sharks and Chablis wine tasting fundraiser at the Gulf Specimen Lab Aquarium in Panacea, Florida. there will be a seafood dinner, silent auction, and guided tours of the aquarium. Tickets are just $35.00 and donations are tax deductible.

    • Panacea Blue Crab Festival
      Join us in Panacea on May 7th, for the 37th Annual Blue Crab Festival. Held annually at Woolley Park on scenic Dickerson Bay, the quaint festival originated in 1975 to promote the crab industry in Wakulla County, 37 years later, the festival has grown in size and tradition. The festival is kicked off each year by a parade down U.S. 98. After the parade, the gates open to Woolley Park...where the old, young and young-at-heart can enjoy a full day of waterfront fun. 10am-10pm.

      St. Marks Wildlife Refuge Monarch Butterfly Festival - View thousands of monarch butterflies as they prepare for their long journey across the Gulf of Mexico to wintering grounds in the mountains of Mexico. Staff and volunteers provide educational session

    • St. Marks Stone Crab Festival
      The main purpose of the festival is to have an exciting event that the entire surrounding area can enjoy. Plus, to introduce them to one of the best delicacies this area has to offer (tastes as good as lobster). We will have live entertainment performing all day on the Florida Lottery Showvan, children's activities — very much a family event, all types of seafood will be served, as well as hot dogs, hamburgers, homemade snack foods, and stone crabs, of course! There will also be arts and crafts vendors, horse demonstrations by the Wakulla County Horseman's Association, tours of the city, and more.

    • Wildlife Heritage and Outdoors Festival
      The 4th Annual Wildlife Heritage and Outdoors Festival will be take place Feb. 6 from 11 am to 4 pm. Visitors will enjoy dozens of exhibits, hands on wildlife experiences and even an Animal Olympics trail.

      A "Celebration of Wakulla County, Florida the Natural Place to Be". This week long festival held in the early spring highlights the rich heritage and natural beauty of Wakulla County. The communities of St. Marks, Panacea, sopchoppy and historic Crawfordville square will offer an open house of local shops, industry, art shows, historic and wildland tours,and special presentations during the week of April 1-9, 2011. Organizations throughout the county, both private and public such as the St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge and the Wakulla County Chamber of Commerce will host special events throughout the week, which is anchored between two very popular Wakulla area festivals - The Wakulla Wildlife Festival and the Sopchoppy Worm Gruntin' Festival

    • Wakulla Wildlife Festival
      what began as a welcome back songbird festival has grown into a two-day celebration of Wakulla Spring Basin's natural environment and rich heritage. The annual Wakulla Wildlife Festival will be held april 1-2, 2011 at the Wakulla Springs State Park. In addition to premiun guided tours on Friday and Saturday, the Wakulla Wildlife Festival sponsors Art on the Terrace at the Wakulla Springs Lodge, Friday from 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
