Yankeetown Seafood Festival
The Yankeetown Seafood Festival takes place annually _ always the weekend before Thanksgiving _ in the quaint, ñold Floridaî town of Yankeetown located on the banks of the Lower Withlacoochee just three miles from the Gulf of Mexico. The Inglis-Yankeetown Lions Club has hosted the Festival for over thirty years. All net profits from the Festival go to support charitable causes: local, state, national and international, in that order.
