Tour De Melon
Tour De Melon is a family trail ride and a century ride on a highway area route sponsored by Suwannee Valley Rotary Club. The ride takes place each year in conjunction with Chiefland's Annual Watermelon Festival. It all starts Saturday, June 7th. Pre-Registration is suggested at www.tourdemelon.com. Mass group starting time in 8:00am for an unforgettable ride through rural North Florida. Enjoy the beautiful scenery with vast areas of ranches, cropland, and nature. Delicious, sweet watermelon at every stop, lunch, and t-shirts included. Proceeds from the ride will benefit national and local charities.
