Sopchoppy Worm Gruntin' Festival
The seventeenth annual Sopchoppy Worm GruntinÂ’ Festival, a one-day outdoor event in the streets of historic downtown Sopchoppy, Florida, will be on Saturday, April 8, 2017 and will feature:
Begins with a 5K race for adults and children down country roads
The colorful Worm GruntinÂ’ Contest for children
The intense Wakulla County Horseshoe Championship
A Bait Casting Contest for kids
A lively Hula Hoop Contest for children and adults
Live entertainment throughout the day
And ends under the stars with fine music at the Worm GruntersÂ’ Ball
There will be 100 vendors of original arts and crafts and delicious food and our original Festival t-shirts.
The Festival is free and open to the public in the heart of downtown Sopchoppy.
