    • Hart Springs Nature Festival
      This event showcases the beauty of nature at Florida springs. Event will include a bird watching tour ( 9:00 sharp), and a native plants and trees tour on our ½ mile boardwalk. The Master Gardeners, Institute of food and Agriculture Science (IFAS), FFA, and 4-H will have exhibits and displays. There will be food, plant, crafts and other vendors. Music and children’s activities, and of course swimming in one of the largest natural springs in Florida.

    • Springs and Blooms Garden Festival
      The Third Annual Fanning Springs garden festival will emphasize the necessity of utilizing environmentally friendly gardening techniques. There will be food, a landscaping showcase, plant sales, games and much more. Entry into the event is free.

    • 4th Annual Suwannee Valley Quilt and Old Time Festival
      Celebrate America's quilting heritage with over 500 quilts and handmade crafts displayed in a wide variety of historic buildings centered around Trenton's turn of the century railroad depot and unique downtown. Also featuring antiques, antique cars, music, clogging and demonstrations.

    • Pure Water Wilderness 3rd Annual Suwannee River Cleanup
      Pure Water Wilderness will be hosting its 3rd annual Suwannee River Clean-up on Saturday October 8th, 2011. There will be three areas to choose from: Hart Springs to Otter Springs; Otters Springs to the Suwannee Gables Hotel; and Suwannee Gables Hotel to Hinton Landing. All participants will meet at Hinton Landing for a free lunch after the clean-up. Last year's clean-up had 85 participants. Pure Water Wilderness will provide 15 canoes and kayaks, or you are welcome to bring your own. This is a FREE event!     • Southern Rock Concert
      Coming on June 4th - Southern Rock Concert featuring Mid-Life Crisis and the Hot Flashes at the Otter Springs lodge. Concert begins at 7 p.m. $2/per person. Camping is available and includes the concert. For more information call 352-463-0800.

    • Suwannee Valley Quilt and Old Time Craft Festival
      The festival will center around a Railroad Depot in downtown Trenton. There will be Antique Dealers and Crafters, Antique Cars and Tractors, the Cross Creek Cloggers and the Patchwork Fiddlers, Music by Amos and the Philman Family, a Re-Enactment Group and a group of Seminole Indians, a Quilt Turning and a Quilt Appraiser. All in all it promises to be a fun-filled day!
