Plowing Up The Past

Add To Trip Planner

See how fields were plowed for the spring plantings with different types of field plows and antique tractors. These antique tractors are a display of farming equipment and a way of life circa 1930’s and 1940’s, a reflection of rural American history. Observe as the participants work the land plowing and disking. Volunteers in period clothing will be at the farmstead demonstrating period crafts, and interpreting the farms history.

Fri & Sat, Mar 3 & 4, 10am to 3pm at Dudley Farm Historic State Park.  $5 per vehicle.
