Matheson Historical Center
The Matheson Historical Center preserves and interprets the history of Alachua County, and endeavors to make local history more meaningful to residents and visitors, through exhibitions, public programs, publications, and maintaining collections of books, documents, and material culture that relate to the area's past. Hours: Tuesday-Friday, 9:30am-1:30pm, 2nd and 4th Saturday, 10:00am-4:00pm, Sunday 1:00pm-5:00pm.
