Since 1996 the High Springs Orchard and Bakery has offered organic produce such as persimmon, chestnut, apple and Asian pear trees, as well as an assorted variety of Muscadine grape vines, blueberry, blackberry and raspberry patches. You can also pick your own fruits during harvest seasons (visit their website for “U-Pick Calendar” listings). They also offer 100% locally produced honey.
The High Springs Orchard and Bakery grows and processes their own fruits under strict standards to earn the right to market them as organically grown produce.
